A working prototype in 3 days.
Your full app in weeks.
Agencies quote months and six figures. By day three you’re tapping through an early, working version of your app on your own phone, so you can see it before you commit. Then we build the full production app in weeks, at a fraction of the price. You own every line.
What “day three” means: a clickable early prototype of your key screens. The finished, launch-ready app follows in 1–3 weeks.
- 3 days
- to a working prototype
- 4
- live apps to tour
- 100%
- code you own
A real quote, a real rebuild
A services company was quoted $145,000. We rebuilt their app in 30 hours.
- 14 weeks before anything ships
- 18 people on the project
- Status reports, not working software
- Monthly support contract to keep it running
- Early working prototype on your phone by day 3
- Full production app in 1–3 weeks
- Fixed price, agreed before we build
- You own the code and the accounts
Process
An early version on your phone in 72 hours. The real app in weeks.
- Day 1Kickoff
A one-hour call. Show us your current app, a competitor’s, or a sketch on a napkin. We agree on the screens that matter.
- Day 3Working prototype
An early version of your key screens that really works on your phone and in your browser. Not slides or mockups. Hand it to your team and see what they think.
- Week 1–2Build
We turn the prototype into the production app: logins, data, payments, integrations. You get a new build to try every few days.
- Week 2–3Launch & handover
App Store and Google Play submission, web deploy, and a walkthrough so your team can run it. Everything in your name.
Portfolio
Take the tour. These are real, working apps.
Click through each one: real screens from apps running real businesses, with what each feature does and how long it took us to build.

MyBreadBot
Customers order fresh bread from a robot bakery in their grocery store, subscribe weekly, and get a text when it comes out of the oven.

BreadBot Tech
An app for contract repair techs: a text dispatches the job, the app tracks time and cost, and the work isn’t marked fixed until it passes a test.

Annual NFL Pool
A survivor pool with 160+ paid players. Picks lock automatically, live scores grade every pick, and the commissioner runs the whole league from one dashboard.

BreadBot Spaces
The control center for a fleet of autonomous bakery robots in grocery stores across the US and Canada.
Services
Front end to back end. One team.
iPhone and Android apps from one codebase, published to both stores under your name.
Customer portals, admin dashboards and internal tools that work on any screen.
Databases, logins, payments, SMS and push notifications, built to scale and secured with tested rules.
Stuck with an app an outside firm built and nobody can change? We rebuild it and connect to your existing servers.
Apps that talk to equipment over Bluetooth, USB or the cloud: pumps, sensors, kiosks, robots.
Voice assistants, chat over your own data, image grading and automation that runs without babysitting.
No lock-in
Own your software. Don’t rent your developers.
Most companies are stuck paying the firm that built their app for every change. We hand you the code, the app store listings and the cloud accounts, and teach your own person to keep building with the same AI tools we use.

FAQ
Questions we hear a lot.
What exactly do I get on day three?+
An early, clickable prototype of your app’s most important screens, running on your phone and in your browser. It is real software, not a slide deck, but it is a first version: it may use sample data and leave out logins, payments and integrations. It lets you see and feel the app before you commit to the full build, which takes 1–3 weeks.
How can you build in weeks what others quote in months?+
We build with AI coding tools, steered by an engineer who has shipped production hardware, apps and backends. The tools write code fast; experience decides what to build and catches what is wrong. The result is the same kind of code an agency would hand you, delivered without the 18-person team.
Do I really own everything?+
Yes. The code goes in your repository, and the App Store, Google Play, cloud and domain accounts are in your company’s name. No lock-in, no license fee. If you want, we train your own person to keep developing it.
What if I already have an app built by another firm?+
That is our favorite kind of project. Your existing app is the spec. We rebuild it screen for screen, connect it to your existing servers or database, and then improve it.
What happens after the prototype?+
You get a fixed quote for the full build. If you go ahead, the sprint fee is credited. If not, you keep the prototype and the plan.
What kinds of apps do you build?+
Customer apps with payments and subscriptions, field and operations tools, dashboards, apps that control hardware over Bluetooth, and the backends behind them: databases, APIs, SMS, push notifications and integrations with your existing systems.
